No permits. No Blast permit issued by CEO George Chase
Please view this letter mailed to me during covid. Why would Allen Whitman buy a piece of property without a soil test? Why would anyone buy a piece of property and then mail a letter to an adjoining proprerty owner and ask if they can build a road through their property to access their property? The normal thing to do is research and ask questions before a property is purchased. Alan Whitman is a simple opportunist. He found out about land in Edgecomb from a select women and conspired with Scott Griffin the road commisioner of Edgecomb. Scott Griffin made his money and Alan Whitman owns a property that is nearly impossible to build on. Opportunists often fail. The Whitman project failed for multiple reasons while Scott Griffin lined his pockets. Deception found out and now is in the light.

Summons delivered on september 15th at approximately 7 pm by the burn pile.
In 1950 my ancestor Amelia Harrington donated land so water runoff would stop washing away the Merry Island road. Soil was placed on the Old town road to absorb the water runoff from Mt.Hunger. Alan Whitman removed the soil and now the waterfall is back eroding the Merry Island road.
What's wrong with video? Alan Whitman created barren land and installed a culvert directing high speed water to the base of the Merry Island road. I give it 2 years maybe 3 for complete wash out.
Concentrated water cannon attacking the Merry Island road in Edgecomb Maine. Thank you Alan Whitman.
