Please read the last request from Liar Liberman for Discovery. This request was delayed 3 to 4 months by the lawyers. Lawyers who did not get the job done. If the Defendant was innocent then why the repeated requests for pictures? If S.R.Griffin did nothing wrong, why hire an expert witness to access whether Griffin activity damaged the Legacy oak? If Griffin Dump trucks did not circle the oak tree and create damage then the defense would not need to hire their expert witness.
