Whitman lawsuit communications

Good morning Peter,

Please let me know that you received the electronic form.   

It is very well known you are  slow in communications especially emails.   Please try to kick it up a notch and lets move this case forward.

I will be responding to whitmans lawsuit and there will be a demand for a jury trial.  I think this kicks this case up to superior court.

If your client is interested in dismissing this case then please do so before Oct 1 2024 as my response will be sent to you and filed with the court.  If not, I will go the distance with you Peter.

Note:  As I recall you did not respond to my lawsuit within the 20 day window back in 2023.  I will never understand how a lawyer can be this negligent.  If you had responded in the required days then Attorney Bopp would not have had the option to dismiss the case due to lack of due dilligence.  You and your client asked for a dismissal and we obliged.

I'm curious to know why you think that my client would wish to dismiss this case against you.  I am certainly willing to consider any valid legal arguments that you have.

I decline to respond to your ad-hominem attacks.  They do not forward the claims of my client and are without merit.  If you need a procedural refresher on the last case, it is discussed within the body of the complaint.
