Hughes false angle comment
Michael Hughes claims the angles are not right for a dump truck to circle the oak tree. See page 73 of his deposition. Actually, the tire treads and marks indicate that the only vehicles that made the ruts are TriAxle dump trucks. Michael Hughes is a proven liar and his angle theory is false.
